 Digital Marketing Specialist

The digital marketing specialist is a newly created role at WFCO to oversee the execution of the digital marketing strategies supporting The Foundation’s communications goals and objectives. The digital marketing specialist will synthesize, illustrate, and communicate our unique value to statewide donors, grantees and other strategic partners, volunteers, media, and policymakers. Primary responsibilities include managing and ensuring the integration of all of WFCO’s digital assets, including social media, blog, website, and email marketing. A successful candidate will be passionate about creating content and excited to identify and implement emerging digital marketing trends that extend the reach and impact of WFCO’s storytelling. This position is full-time, exempt, and reports to the senior director of communications, while also working closely with members of the programs and development teams.

 Programs Coordinator

The programs coordinator will contribute to WFCO’s impact in the community through our WAGES (Women Achieving Greater Economic Security) programmatic body of work. With an emphasis on grantmaking administration, the programs coordinator also will support WFCO’s aligned research, nonpartisan public policy advocacy, and statewide community education and engagement efforts. A successful candidate will possess strong administrative and project management skills and have experience supporting events, projects, and meetings. The programs coordinator also will be expected to develop deep connections across the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. This position is full-time, exempt, and reports to the director of programs.

 Statewide Engagement Manager

The statewide engagement manager builds bridges to connect community members with the mission of WFCO; advocates passionately and persuasively for women and their families; and desires to strengthen Colorado for generations to come. The statewide engagement manager leads WFCO’s nonpartisan community education and advocacy efforts throughout Colorado. They connect volunteers and staff across Colorado with the Denver-based team, to inspire and cultivate more robust and diverse participation in communities outside Metro Denver, primarily in Boulder, Colorado Springs, Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley), Pueblo, and the Vail Valley. The position is based in Denver, supervises three part-time staff serving the regions, and collaborates with staff, trustees, volunteer committees, and community partners. Frequent travel in Colorado is required, including some evenings, weekends, and overnights. This position is full-time, exempt, and reports to the vice president of programs.
