Preparing Colorado Women and Small Businesses for the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act

Equal Pay for Equal Work Act logoThe Colorado Women’s Bar Association (CWBA) and The Women’s Foundation of Colorado (WFCO) partnered for many legislative sessions to bring equal pay to Colorado. Last year, Gov. Polis signed into law The Equal Pay for Equal Work Act to take effect in January 2021. It provides an unprecedented opportunity to close the gender pay gap and build a more equitable economy in Colorado.

What will this actually look like for women-owned small businesses when the law goes into effect? Employers can find out how to prepare for the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act by registering for a free webinar hosted by CWBA and WFCO.
