Giving

We fuel prosperity by connecting donors to the promise of opportunity for Colorado women and their families.

    Communities of Giving

WFCO founders knew it in 1987 and it’s just as true today – without philanthropy, systemic change for women will happen too slowly or not at all. It takes time, patience, a shared vision, and a steady funding stream. That’s where our communities of giving come in. • Donor-Advised Funds

    Donor-Advised Funds

Direct your philanthropy to the causes that matter the most to you by establishing a donor-advised fund (DAF) at The Women’s Foundation of Colorado. DAFs are personalized philanthropic vehicles to which you make a charitable contribution(s), receive an immediate tax benefit, and recommend grants to nonprofit organizations from the fund over time.

Did you know?

U.S. organizations serving women and girls receive only 1.9% of all charitable contributions. The Ms. Foundation's "Pocket Change" report reports that women and girls of color receive just .5% of each dollar that philanthropy grants out each year. That's not enough.

We know we can't do this alone. With your gift today, together we will protect women's progress and advance opportunities for Colorado women and their families. Your generosity fuels WFCO's work to create more pathways to economic security - until every woman thrives and Colorado rises.

Thank you for investing in Colorado women and their families!
