Women Thriving. Colorado Rising.

Empower women. Invest in women this giving season.

Did you know The Women's Foundation of Colorado is the only statewide community foundation focused on the advancement of Colorado's women?

Women pay it forward every day. They invest more into their families and communities every day, in nearly every way. Now is the time to invest more in them.

Currently, only 1.6 percent of all charitable giving in the U.S. is designated toward women and girls. We can and must do better. By giving to WFCO, you can ensure our voice stays strong at the Capitol, single moms and their children across the state have more opportunities to thrive, and women’s economic power grows.

For information on making a gift by wire transfer or EFT or a gift of stock or if you are interested in a donor-advised fund or a planned gift, please contact Renee Ferrufino, vice president of development, at reneef@wfco.org or 303-285-2969.

Thank you for investing in Colorado women and their families!

Your investment in The Women's Foundation of Colorado results in:

Equal Pay. For all Colorado women.

With WFCO’s help, Colorado women now have an unprecedented opportunity to be paid equally. Colorado Gov. Polis signed the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act into law at WFCO’s offices in May.

Single moms succeeding. Their kids, too.

Through better access to affordable child care, education, and high-growth careers, Colorado single moms have a better chance to advance economically. WFCO and our 23 grantees statewide create opportunities for two generations to thrive. Marcela of Fort Morgan is pursuing her degree while her daughter becomes kindergarten-ready

Making work really work. For employers and women.

Our state needs skilled workers. We’re producing them – in construction, financial services, health information technology, and more. Patty from Pueblo is on the path to earning a livable wage and is changing her family’s future by starting a new career in medical coding.
