Where is the Annual Luncheon? Location Change.

This year, the luncheon will be bigger than ever. Therefore, we’ve moved within the Colorado Convention Center, so that we can accommodate all our guests. The Annual Luncheon will now be in Exhibit Hall D of the Colorado Convention Center, just a short walk from the Mile High Ballroom.

When do I need to be there?

Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. Please be in your seat by 11:30 a.m., when the program will promptly begin.

Will you send me a ticket?

Physical tickets are not required. Just pick up your nametag and enjoy the day.

Are meals available for people with dietary restrictions?

Our meal is served family style, with options that allow it to be vegetarian, gluten-, or vegan-friendly. If you have any additional dietary restrictions, please contact Kristina Vaio at kristinav@wfco.org or 303-285-2967 by September 27, 2018.

Is there a coat check?

Free coat check is available.

How can I support WFCO if I can't attend the Annual Luncheon?

Even if you can't attend, you can give today.

Where can I park?

The Colorado Convention Center parking garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please arrive early and remember to use the quick and easy automated pay stations.

Parking Rates

Up to 8 Hours: $12.00
Up to 12 Hours: $15.00
Up to 18 Hours: $17.00
Up to 24 Hours: $25.00

Handicapped accessible parking

Designated handicapped parking is available on all three levels of the parking garage. A valid state issued handicapped placard or license plate is required. All disability parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and requires payment at the automated pay stations.

How can I get there if I don't have a car?

  • Denver’s Regional Transportation District (RTD) offers eco-friendly transportation by Bus or Light Rail services within and around the City of Denver.
  • Denver has a vast trail system and many bicycle friendly streets. Click here for complete bike and trail maps of Denver and surrounding areas.

Event photography

By attending WFCO's programs or events, you (i) grant permission to WFCO to use, alter, composite and publish any photographic image, video, audio or electronic recording of you, or in which you may be included, made at any such program or event for purposes of promoting WFCO and its events, and (ii) irrevocably assign to WFCO all of your rights, title and interest in and to any such image, video, or recording.
