Staff Discretionary Fund
(Invitation Only)

The Staff Discretionary Fund is a fund allocated to strategically fund agencies/programs/events throughout the year. The purpose is to provide strategic funding to non-profit agencies in the following areas:

• Underserved populations of women and issues affecting women not supported by the current granting focus.
• Strategic collaboration, partnerships with other organizations.
• Women's Foundation recognition and awareness.

Through an invitation-only process, the Staff Discretionary proposals are brought forward to Women's Foundation staff. Staff uses their discretion in making funding decision.
